We have been shaking out a new schedule with the family. My dear friend, Jen Namba moved on to New Zealand, but at about the same time part time work finally came my way at a Physical Therapy office... doing admin and P.T. aide work. It is a fun mix and just twice a week. It's slowly filling in the void of our friends that moved. Luke and I miss Jen and her 3 boys heaps!
Luke goes to preschool two days a week while I work- Wednesday and Friday. Perfect schedule as I hate Mondays and would never want to have to leave the bomb the weekend leaves in my house every Monday morning. Luke's preschool is one street over from Rod's work, so Rod picks him up from school.

Also, I have been substitute teaching a bit at Bella's school. I even subbed for her class. I got a fresh take on her classmates. Their true colors shined and a couple made our playdate blacklist!

My polo gig starts up tomorrow night. I've been playing lots lately and may try morning swims with a masters program soon. It's that word, "morning" that makes me keep re-thinking it.
This week, Rod has had a couple friend out from Australia to which Luke said, "You two talk funny." I guess Rod doesn't have an accent anymore but they do!
I hope to bring this blog back to life soon when I get my camera all switched over. Until then- it's work!
